Hello there! So here’s the situation; I’ve had a pretty bad ingrown toenail with granulation tissue for almost 2 years now. The problem is I barely have enough money for food usually and I can’t get health insurance so I can’t go get it fixed.

My toe has really become very debilitating as I have to be careful of it constantly to make sure it doesn’t touch anything (even a blanket) and it’s in pain constantly which I’ll be honest I’m sort of used to, but it still wears on me quite a bit.

The best routine I’ve found to take care of it as best I can is cleaning it and bandaging it with antibiotic ointment daily. Unfortunately this just keeps it from getting drastically worse way too quick, it doesn’t make it better or even keep it stable, and the worst part is that it’s extrememly difficult due to my anxiety and depression. Some days I feel too depressed to care and it ends up biting me in the butt. Every “care session” when I bandage it and such triggers a panic attack.

Basically my situation’s gotten really bad and I would really like my life back as this toe is really holding me back. Unfortunately I can’t do this on my own and I need your help, no matter how small.
